Borivli West is a crowded place, and being in the Old MHB Colony on Gorai Road means we are right in the thick of it. The Mukut Ratan Building is where Draeger Medical India Pvt Ltd is located, on the 6th floor, room 467. It’s a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going. The lift is usually slow, so we end up waiting a lot and talking to the security guards. Our space is filled with medical equipment and parts. It feels more like a workshop sometimes than a corporate office. Since we’re in Mumbai, space is tight, so we have to be really organized with how we stack things. You can hear the noise from Gorai Road all day long—the buses, the horns, and the people shouting. It’s just the background music to our work. We spend our time fixing things or preparing equipment for hospitals around the city. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. We’re just technicians and office staff trying to get through the day's tasks. Sometimes we stay late because a shipment arrived or something needs urgent attention. It’s a bit messy at times, with cables and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest way to make a living in a city that never really stops moving. We just keep going.
