Doppio Bar & Brasserie

We are situated on the second floor of the Hubtown Building. This is on Bulabhai Desai Road, which most people around here just call Breach Candy. It is a busy and well-known part of Mumbai. We have been here for a while now. The building is quite easy to spot if you are familiar with the area. We call our place Doppio Bar & Brasserie. Mumbai is a city that never seems to slow down, and this neighborhood is exactly like that. We get a lot of people coming in after they finish their work or during the weekends when they have some free time. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things as organized as we can, but on the nights when we are busy, it can get a little bit crowded and loud. That is just part of living and working in Mumbai though. Our staff has been with us for a good bit of time, so we all know how to work together. We don't really use all that corporate language or have a polished way of doing things. We just run a bar and a place for people to eat. You can look out of the windows and see the cars moving along the street below. We open in the afternoon and stay until quite late at night. It is a lot of hours, but we are used to the routine by now.
