We are over in Kandivli East, right at the Sai Kripa Chawl on Gaon Devi Road. It’s in the Kajupada Poisar area, which is a pretty crowded part of Mumbai. The shop is small and it sits right on the street where everyone passes by. Most of our day is spent dealing with people from the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy corporate office or anything like that. We have some basic stuff set up and we just get to work every morning. Things can get a bit disorganized when it’s busy, but we find our way through it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon. We don’t have a big website or a lot of fancy signs. It’s just us doing what we do. People stop in because they are passing by or they live nearby in the chawl. It can get pretty loud with all the traffic and the people talking outside. We know the local shopkeepers and the folks who walk their dogs past the door. It’s a very local kind of life here. We don't use any complicated systems, just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep the inside clean. It’s just a normal place where we work hard and try to get things right.
