Dlpn Technologies Private Limited is located in Flat No. 101 of the Rajlaxmi Pride building. We’re over in the Aple Gh area at Sr. No. 56 here in Pune. It’s a residential building, so it feels very personal when you come over. We chose this spot because it’s a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial hub. We’ve turned the main room into our workspace, filled with monitors and cables. It’s not the most stylish office you’ve ever seen, but it works for us. We spend our days working on different tech projects, mostly coding and troubleshooting. There’s a small balcony where we go to clear our heads when a project gets frustrating. We aren't into big corporate speeches or wearing ties. Most days we just show up in whatever is comfortable and start working. The building is fairly new, so everything works well. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It’s just a group of us who enjoy what we do. We don't try to act like we're bigger than we are. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it right. It’s a pretty quiet life here in 411014. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our calls, but it's just part of being in a real neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and get on with the work.
