Dks It Services is located in Shop Number 3 at the New Ekta SRA CHS Ltd. This is in the Ketkipada area of Dahisar East. It’s a small shopfront, not a giant office building. We like it this way because it’s easy for people to find us right on the ground level. We handle IT stuff, mostly helping people out with their computer problems or setting up small networks. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and fixing things that aren't working right. The shop is usually a bit cluttered with parts and cables, but we know where everything is. Dahisar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on outside our door. We've been working from this spot for a bit, and the locals know us. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits every day. We’re usually in jeans, working on a motherboard or talking to a client about their software. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have a receptionist, so if you walk in, you’re talking directly to the person who will be doing the work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street traffic, but we’re used to it. We just aim to get the tech side of things sorted so our clients can go back to their own work. It’s a simple life. We don't need much more than our tools and a steady stream of work to keep us happy.
