Our workspace is in the Virwani Industrial Estate in Goregaon East. We are on the 2nd floor, in units B-201 and 203. The estate is right off the Western Express Highway, which makes it easy to get to, though the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. It’s a large complex with a lot of different units, and there is always a lot of activity in the common areas. Inside our units, we have things set up for efficiency. We have long benches where the work happens and some storage areas for all our supplies. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs if the lift is busy, which happens more often than we’d like. The windows are large enough to let in some natural light, which is nice during the day. We aren't a high-street shop, so we don't get many walk-in customers. Most people who come here are here for a specific reason and have an appointment. We keep a small stove in the corner to make tea for ourselves and our visitors. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use any fancy titles or have a formal dress code. We just dress for the work we have to do. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the daily tasks and making sure everything is handled correctly before it leaves the estate for the next destination.
