Divya Sagar Lawn

Our lawn is located in Goregaon East, right off the Western Express Highway. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right next to the Mahananda Dairy. It’s a big open space in Harkarishan Nagar. We mostly rent it out for parties, weddings, and local gatherings. Being so close to the highway makes it convenient for people coming from different parts of Mumbai, although the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. It can get quite noisy with all the trucks and cars outside, but once a party starts and the music is playing, you don't really notice the road anymore. We spend a lot of time maintaining the grass and making sure all the lights are working. It’s a lot of outdoor work and we are often out there in the sun. When it rains during the monsoon, things get a bit tricky and we have to move fast, but we do our best to manage. We aren't a big corporate event space with a lot of rules. It's more of a local spot. We've seen hundreds of families get married here over the years. Some events are small and quiet, and others go late into the night. We have to deal with the local rules about noise and the neighbors. It’s a practical place for people who need some space. We don't have a fancy website. People just call us or drop by the gate.
