If you go down to Dahisar and look for Building Number 10, you will find us at Shop Number 3 on the ground floor. It is a small shop, but it is enough for what we do here at Divya Jyoti Investment. We spend most of our time looking at numbers and talking to people about their savings. Dahisar is always busy, and there is a lot of traffic outside, so the shop can get a bit noisy with the sounds of rickshaws and buses going past. We have a few desks and some calculators, and there is always a stack of forms that need to be filled out. People from the nearby buildings often stop by on their way home from work to ask a quick question. We are not some big bank with marble floors. It is just a regular shop where we keep things straightforward. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough. Sometimes we stay late when the markets are doing something interesting, but usually, we close up at a decent hour to go home. It is honest work, and we have been in this same spot for quite a while now. Most of our clients are just neighbors who have known us for years. We do not do much advertising; the shop sign is enough for people to find us. When the monsoon hits, the water splashes near the door, but we just put out a mat and keep going. It is just the way it is in this part of Mumbai, and we like being right here in the middle of it.
