Our place, Divya Businesspagesctro Technica Pvt Ltd, is located in the Veena Dalwai Industrial Estate. We are in units 223 and 224, right on S.V. Road in Jogeshwari West. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how loud and busy S.V. Road gets at almost any hour. The industrial estate is a bit of a maze when you first enter, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to us. We do a lot of technical work, mostly involving various parts and assembly. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just those long tube lights, so it’s nothing fancy. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving while we work. There is always the sound of machines or tools in the background of our conversations. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the different benches to check on things. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. We get a lot of workers from the nearby areas who have been with us for a long time. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the inventory is where it should be. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the estate a bit messy, but we just deal with it. It’s a hardworking environment, and we don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the work gets done, we are happy.
