Our office is up on the fourth floor of Sangeet Plaza, right on Marol Marashi Road in Andheri East. It’s a busy area, lots of people and cars all the time, especially when the rains start. Being in pharma and chemicals means there’s always a pile of paperwork to handle. Even though we are in an office building, it’s not exactly quiet. The phones ring quite a bit and there’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a document that needs a signature right away. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the different sites. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that people don't really see. Andheri is a good spot for us because it’s central, even if the commute is a bit of a nightmare some days. The office itself is pretty functional. We have desks piled with files and a small corner for making tea or coffee. We aren't really the type to have big corporate lunches at hotels. Usually, we just grab something from the local food stalls nearby. It’s faster and tastes better. We deal with a lot of regulations, so there’s a lot of double-checking everything. It’s important work, even if it feels like a lot of reading sometimes. We have a mix of younger staff and people who have been here since the start. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We just focus on keeping the chemical and pharmaceutical side of things running smoothly from this end.
