Our office is on the 5th floor of the Panchratan building at Opera House. It is room number 535. This building is a bit of a landmark for people in our line of work in Mumbai. It is always busy, and the elevators are usually packed with people in a hurry. Once you get to the 5th floor, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still feel the energy of the place. Our office is fairly basic. We have some large tables for sorting and a few computers for the paperwork. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. It is a place where we come to work, so we haven't spent much time on interior design or anything like that. The view from the window is mostly just other tall buildings and the tops of cars on the street below. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp throughout the day. It’s a tight-knit team here, and we all know our roles. We don't really have a reception area; if someone comes to see us, they usually just walk straight into the main room. It’s a very practical setup. We handle a lot of volume, so there are always boxes being moved around and packages being sealed. It is a bit chaotic at times, but we know where everything is and how to get things done without any fuss.
