We have our setup at Dilkhush Manufacturer spread across a few spots, from the busy lanes of Chira Bazar to the shop in Gorai Sector 1. If you go to Ganesh Mandir Lane near the Juma Masjid in the Mirchi area, you’ll find us at Shop 4. It’s a very crowded area, especially near Zaveri Bazar, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We manufacture things right in the heart of all that action. It gets pretty cramped in the shop with all the materials and the finished goods waiting to be moved out. Sometimes it feels like we are playing a game of Tetris just to walk from one side of the room to the other. Being in such a historic market area means you’re always on your toes. The smells of the spice market nearby and the sound of the temple bells are just part of the daily life here. We aren't a big factory with shiny floors. We are a small manufacturing unit where things are made with a lot of manual effort. Most of our days are spent dealing with suppliers or making sure everything is okay before things go out to the customers. It’s a bit chaotic, and the paperwork usually piles up on the small desk in the corner, but we manage. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors and everyone helps each other out when a delivery truck gets stuck.
