Dilip Sahadev Tiwarekar

This is a bit of a personal setup here in Chembur. My name is Dilip Sahadev Tiwarekar and I work out of my place in the A Wing of the Til building. It’s on the third floor. If you are looking for the building, it’s right opposite the Saraswati Vidya Mandir. I’ve lived in this part of Mumbai for a long time. My office or workspace is basically part of where I stay. It isn't a corporate office with a receptionist. When people come to see me, they are usually coming for a specific reason, often through someone they know. The building is 50/1782, which can be a bit confusing for delivery people or visitors because of how the numbers are laid out in Chembur. The school across the street makes the mornings very loud with kids and buses, but it gets quiet later on. I handle things myself mostly. I don’t have a big staff or a marketing plan. I just do my work and try to be fair with everyone. Being in a residential wing means it stays more relaxed than a commercial hub. I like the neighborhood because everything is close by. It’s a simple arrangement. I’ve been here at this address for years and people know where to find me if they need something done. It’s just me doing my thing on the third floor of this old wing.
