Diligent It Systems

Diligent It Systems is located in Shop Number 14 on D S Road, right in Gandhi Nagar, Worli. We are part of the Jogani Industrial Estate, which sits directly opposite the Municipal Industrial Estate. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of small businesses and workshops all crammed together in one area. Our shop is usually full of open computers, monitors, and a lot of tangled cables. We spend most of our time fixing hardware problems or trying to figure out why someone’s computer system won't boot up properly. It can get pretty hot inside the shop during the summer months with all the different machines running at once. We don't have a fancy showroom for people to walk through; it’s more of a workspace where we actually do the repairs and testing. You can hear the sounds of the industrial estate all day long, which keeps the day from being boring. People from the nearby offices often drop by when their laptops break down or if they need a specific cable or part for their network setup. We try to keep a good stock of the basic parts, but sometimes we have to wait for specific things to arrive in the mail. It’s a practical business for a very practical part of Worli. We’ve been here for a while now and we know how important it is for people to get their technology working again. Every day is a new problem.
