Prasad Chambers is one of the most well-known buildings in the Opera House area for anyone involved in the diamond business. Our office, Diasqua India Pvt Ltd, is located at room 302. It is a busy place, and the security at the entrance is always quite tight, which is just part of the routine here. Once you get up to the third floor and come into our office, things are a bit more relaxed but still very focused. We have a team of people who handle different parts of the business, from sorting the rough stones to managing the paperwork for exports. The desks are usually covered in packets and ledgers. We have been in this building for a long time, and we’ve seen the industry change quite a bit over the decades. Despite being a private limited company, we still run things with a very personal touch. We know our staff well and most of our clients have been with us for years. The windows look out over the busy streets, but inside we try to keep things quiet enough to concentrate. It’s a lot of hard work and attention to detail. We don't really go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on our reputation and the work we do every day.
