We are located in Prasad Chambers, right in the heart of the Opera House district. Our office is room 1409. If you’ve been to Prasad Chambers, you know it’s one of the busiest hubs for the diamond trade. It’s a lot of security checks and people rushing through the hallways with small parcels. We have a small space where we do our daily business. It’s not a big showroom with lights and mirrors. It’s more of a functional office where we inspect goods and talk to our regular contacts. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. The elevators are always slow and the lobby is always full, but that’s part of being here. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy slogan. We just focus on the stones and the transactions. Our team is small, just a few people who have been in the trade for years. We know the regulars and they know us. Most of our day is spent looking at things under the loupe and checking the market prices. It’s a very specific kind of environment. We don't try to impress anyone with a polished look. We just do our work, keep our records straight, and make sure we are here every day. It’s a tough business but we’ve found our place in it. We stay busy with the paperwork and the constant flow of traders coming through the building looking for specific items.
