Dhruv Media Publications

We run Dhruv Media Publications from Borivali East. Our office is actually in a residential wing, Flat No 102, D Wing, Krishna S. It’s a bit of a squeeze with all the books and papers we have stacked up in there, but it’s home for the business. Borivali East is a busy part of Mumbai, and being in the Krishna S building keeps us right in the middle of it all. We spend our days looking over manuscripts and checking proofs. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the sound of the printer which seems to be running all the time. Sometimes the lift in D Wing is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't a big publishing house with a shiny glass building. We are just a few people in Flat 102 trying to get things printed and sent out. Our desks are covered in coffee mugs and red pens. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors in the building are used to the delivery guys coming in and out with boxes of paper. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the actual reading and editing. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just publish things and hope people like reading them.
