You can find us over at the Phadke Building on the ground floor. We’ve been at 358 Gangaram Khatriwadi for a long time. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the parts and metal pieces we keep around. Engineering is basically just solving one problem after another, and that’s what fills our days here. We don't wear suits. Most of the time, our hands are a bit dirty from the machines or the drawing table. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on a tricky design. We handle a lot of small parts that go into bigger machines. It’s funny how a tiny piece of metal can stop a whole project if it isn’t right. We spend a lot of time double-checking measurements and looking at old blueprints. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes in and make sure it’s done correctly. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. If someone walks in from the street, they might have to wait a minute while we finish up a weld or a calculation. That's just how the day looks for us. We're just normal people doing our jobs and making sure the parts fit.
