Dhrit Labs Private Limited. Our place is in Nagpur, specifically at the Pioneer Tamar building. We’re in Flat 1006. It’s a bit of a climb but the view of the urban area is okay. This is where we do all our lab and office work. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. The building is situated on Kh. No. 138, which sounds a bit technical, but it’s just how the land records go here. We have a few rooms dedicated to different tasks. Some days it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it works for us. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so the air conditioning is usually running at full blast. We are just a group of people trying to build something useful. We don’t wear suits or have big boardrooms. Most of our meetings happen while standing near the water cooler. It’s a very informal environment. We have some people who have been with us since we moved into this flat. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve whatever problems come our way. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere without any of the usual office politics you find in bigger cities. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
