You can find us at 23 Nagdevi, right there on the 25th Main and 27th Cross. We are located in Shreepal Bhavan, unit 50. This is a very old and busy part of the city. Nagdevi is known for its hardware, and we are right in the thick of it. The shop is filled with all sorts of metal parts, tools, and supplies. It’s a bit cramped because we try to keep as much stock as possible on the shelves. There is a specific smell of oil and iron when you walk in. We spend the whole day helping people find the right size of bolt or a specific tool they need. It’s noisy outside with the handcarts and the shouting of the loaders. We’ve been doing this for years. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of experience and knowing where everything is kept. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We have a small counter where we write out the bills by hand. Customers come in looking for things they can't find anywhere else. We talk to them, find what they need, and move on to the next one. It’s a simple way of living. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the regulars to show up. It’s honest work in a busy market. We keep going until the evening when the street finally gets a bit quieter.
