Our office is at number 12 in the Mehta Estate. It’s right on the Andheri Kurla Road in Chakala. If you know that road, you know the traffic is almost always backed up, but it’s a central spot for us at Dembla Software Solutions. We are a small team and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We do software work, mostly building things and fixing problems for other companies. We don't have any of those modern office things like game rooms or free snacks. Our space is just full of computers, wires, and some old desks that have seen better days. We like it that way because we can just focus on the code. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, and we usually end up ordering some food from the place down the street. It’s not a glamorous life, but we enjoy the challenge of making things work correctly. Most of us take the metro or the bus to get here, so we talk about the commute a lot during our breaks. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most people find us through someone they know. We just try to be practical and honest about what we can do. If a system is broken, we fix it. It’s straightforward work and we don't feel the need to dress it up with big words. We just come in every day and do what we are supposed to do until the job is finished.
