You can find us at 404, Darshan, on Shimpoli Road in Borivali West. We have been in the kitchenware business for a while now. It’s a bit of a climb up to the office, but once you are here, it’s just a lot of stacks of boxes. We have everything from stainless steel pots to various kitchen gadgets. It’s not a fancy showroom where everything is under spotlights. Instead, it’s more like a working warehouse where things are moving in and out all day. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure the labels are right. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when a big shipment comes in, and the hallway gets blocked with crates, but we clear it out eventually. We aren't really into the high-pressure sales stuff. People know what they want when it comes to kitchen tools, so we just provide the items and handle the billing. The fans hum in the background and someone is usually whistling while they pack boxes. It is a steady kind of work. Borivali is a loud place with plenty of noise from the street, but inside here, we just focus on getting the orders ready. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to run a decent business without any fuss.
