If you know the Ganesh Mandir in Antophil, then you basically know where we are. Our shop is at 219 10 N Vijay Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Mumbai. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but the temple stays the same and so do we. People come to us for all sorts of jewelry needs. Maybe they need a ring resized or they are looking for something small for a wedding. We don't have those massive air-conditioned showrooms you see in the malls. It’s more of a walk-in place where you can sit down and have a real chat. We handle gold and silver and all the usual stuff. Sometimes we are just cleaning old pieces that someone found in a drawer. Being in Antophil means we see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels good to be part of the community like that. We don't do big TV ads or have a fancy website. Most people find us because their parents or neighbors told them to come here. It is a family thing, really. We keep things honest and just do the work. The shop isn't very big, but we manage to fit everything in. Usually, there is a bit of a crowd around festival times, but we like the energy. Mumbai is fast, but in here, we try to take our time with each person.
