We are Decon Placement Service Pvt Ltd, and you can find us at F 24 in the BEST Colony. We are located on Dr SS Rao Road in Parel, Mumbai. This is a very busy part of the city, and being in the BEST Colony means we are surrounded by a lot of residential buildings. Our office is a small place where we handle placement services. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for work. Mumbai 12 is a place where everyone is always in a hurry, and we are no different. We have a few desks and some files piled up. It isn't a fancy corporate setup, just a functional space where we get things done. We started this service because we saw a lot of people needing help finding the right jobs. It is hard work sometimes, matching people with the right roles, but we stay at it. The road outside is always noisy with buses and cars, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We don't use any big slogans. We just talk to people and try to help them out.
