De Code

Our office is in the Great Eastern Summit, B Wing, over in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. It’s a big building, and we’re on the third floor in room 303. Being in Navi Mumbai means we’re surrounded by a lot of other businesses, which gives the place a lot of energy. We go by De Code. We aren't a massive corporation with layers of management. It’s a pretty small group here. We spend our time working through various projects, mostly sitting at our computers or having quick chats over tea about how to solve a problem. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below, which is always busy. We try to keep things simple and organized, though sometimes the desks get covered in papers when we’re busy. We don’t go in for the polished corporate look. We’re more about just getting the work done and making sure it’s right. People who visit us usually appreciate that we’re direct and don’t waste time with fluff. Belapur is a good hub, and being in the Summit makes it easy for people to reach us. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the area well. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’re just regular people doing our jobs every day, trying to do them well for whoever comes through the door. We don't have all the answers immediately, but we always figure it out eventually.
