Dcula Private Limited is up on the 5th floor of the Allamanda building. We are in Sector R-12, right in the Nahar Amrit Shakti area of Chandivali, Powai. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how busy it gets. The 400072 zip code is always humming with people and cars. Our office is in room 502. It’s a decent space with a view of the other buildings around us. We spend a lot of time here, probably more than we should. The commute through Mumbai traffic is a headache, so once we get to the office, we stay put for the day. We do our work, eat lunch at our desks, and try to get through the task list. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The building is okay, though the elevators can be slow when everyone is trying to leave at five. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a team in Powai doing what needs to be done. We have a few plants that we forget to water sometimes, and the kitchen always needs more sugar for the tea. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We don't put on an act for anyone who visits. If the office is a bit messy, it’s because we are actually working. Chandivali is a good spot for us and we've gotten used to the noise.
