Dataline Management Services Placement

Our office is over in Andheri West, specifically at Shourie Complex in room 23. We’ve been running Dataline Management Services Placement from this spot for some time now. It’s a busy area and the building can get a bit crowded during the day. We spend a lot of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It isn't always easy finding the right fit for a role but we try our best to keep things moving. The office itself is pretty simple, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paperwork. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Most of the time we are just on the phone or responding to emails. Andheri is a good place to be because so many people are looking for work around here. We see all kinds of candidates coming through. Some are just starting out and others have been working for twenty years. It's interesting to see what people can do. We don't use any of those big automated systems that some of the giant companies use. We actually read what people write. It takes longer but it feels more right. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to help people find a place to work and help companies fill their empty seats. It's plain and simple work that needs doing every single day to keep the local economy going.
