We are located at Shop No 28 in the Evershine Neptune building in Kandivali East. If you’re familiar with the area, you know it’s near the intersection of Th Cross and 8th Main. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops and people moving around all the time. Our place is right in the thick of it. We’re Dalimit Associates Pvt Ltd, but we don’t really go by the full legal name when we’re just talking to people. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. We have our computers and some filing cabinets squeezed in. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with the shoppers and the traffic, but we just shut the door and get on with our tasks. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures or anything like that. We just talk to our customers and help them out with what they need. Most of the time, I’m the one answering the phone or sorting through the mail. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we know everything that’s going on. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the accounts, but that’s just part of owning a business. We get our coffee from the stall down the street and keep things moving. It’s a practical little shop in a busy part of Mumbai where we do our best each day.
