Our office is over in Dadar East, right on the first floor of Sunshine Plaza. If you know Naigaum Cross Road, you know it gets pretty packed during the day. Prince Swr Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. We focus on SWR systems, which mostly means we spend our time talking about pipes, drainage, and how to get everything to fit together properly for various projects. It isn’t the most glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can handle the paperwork and take calls from customers who need supplies. We’ve got a small team here, and we usually end up grabbing lunch from one of the stalls downstairs or bringing tiffins from home. Being in Dadar is handy because the station is close, but the noise from the street is constant. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the phone over the honking from the cars outside. We have stacks of catalogues and samples sitting around the desks because there’s always something new coming in. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Usually, we just talk across the room if someone has a question. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it seems to get the job done without too much fuss or extra stress. Most people just want their parts on time, so that is what we try to focus on.
