We’ve been running D G Infotech Solutions out of shop 41 in the Odeon Shopping Center for quite some time now. You’ll find us right on Vallabh Baug Lane, across from the Kailash Plaza Building in Ghatkopar East. It is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about outside our door. Our shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we handle computer repairs and software stuff. We have shelves full of old cables, motherboards, and random tech parts that we might need someday. Most of our customers are just people from around the block who have a laptop that won't turn on or need some help with their internet. We don't have a big team or a fancy reception desk. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting at the back working on machines. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s probably a waste of money. Ghatkopar East has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. The mall itself is a bit older now, but it's home to us. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to you. If your hard drive is making a clicking sound, we just tell you it’s dying. We stay open until the evening most days. It's a simple way to make a living, and we like the people we meet.
