D Dicholkar Co is over in Khar East. We are right in the middle of Mumbai, which means it’s always crowded and noisy outside. Our office is a simple place. We’ve been here in 400051 for quite a long time now. It’s not a fancy place with modern furniture. We have the same desks we started with. We mostly deal with local paperwork and helping out with various business needs. People in Khar know where to find us. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us handling everything. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website that looks like a movie. We just do the daily tasks and make sure our clients are taken care of. Sometimes the rains in Mumbai make it hard to get to the office, but we usually manage. The building is older, but it works for us. We like the atmosphere of the neighborhood. It’s real and down to earth. We aren't trying to expand into some giant corporation. We are happy right here in Maharashtra. If you need something, you just come by and we talk. That’s how we’ve always done it. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone. We just do the job we said we would do. It is a quiet existence but it keeps us moving.
