We’re located in Andheri East, right in the Laxmi Estate CHS building. Our office is Flat 2B in Building Number 1, which sits on Dr. S. Radha Krishnan Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know Andheri East is always moving and shaking. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something going on right outside our door. Our office is a bit of an escape from all that noise, though it’s still pretty simple inside. We haven’t done much to the place since we moved in, besides putting in some sturdy desks and a few shelves for our equipment. We do tech work, which means a lot of hours spent looking at monitors. We don’t have a HR department or a PR person. It’s just the folks who do the actual work. We usually take turns making tea in the small pantry area. The building is a typical Mumbai cooperative housing society setup, so we have a lot of neighbors who are just regular families. It makes the place feel more grounded. We don’t put on any acts here. If you walked in, you’d just see a bunch of people in casual clothes working away. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just have a job to do and we use this space in Andheri to get it done as best as we can every single day.
