Cxidesign

If you’re looking for Cxidesign, we’re in Room No 308. It’s on Shive Darshan Lane, just off Gazdhar Bandh Road in Santacruz. This part of Mumbai is pretty crowded and can be a bit confusing to navigate if you’re new here. Our office is on the third floor. There’s no lift, so we get our daily exercise just coming in and out. The room itself is just enough for our team and the equipment we use. We’ve got some windows that look out over the rooftops of the nearby buildings. It's not a view of the sea, but you can see the city moving. We started out here because it was affordable and close to where some of us live. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and workshops, so there’s always a sense of activity. We don’t do much in terms of fancy decorations inside. It’s mostly shelves, some old files, and our workstations. Sometimes the neighbors are loud, or there’s construction going on nearby, but that’s just how it is in 400054. We handle our design tasks one at a time. It’s a lot of sitting and clicking, really. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We’re just a small group trying to keep the business going. We usually order lunch from the local place downstairs and eat at our desks. It works for us and keeps things moving along.
