Customerone Contact Centers

Our contact center is located at 18-26 ESI Hospital Road in Peravallur, Agaram. We are right here in Chennai 11. It’s a busy street, especially with the hospital being so close by. Our office is a simple building where we have all our workstations set up. We aren't one of those massive companies with glass walls and expensive furniture. It’s just a regular place where people come to work every day. We have quite a few staff members who handle calls and messages for various services. It can get pretty noisy in here when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the nature of a contact center. We don't really do any promotion or advertising for ourselves. We just focus on the clients we already have and the calls that come through the system. We’ve been in this part of Agaram for quite some time. The local tea stalls and small eateries are where we all go during our breaks. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have any corporate mission statements posted on the walls. We just want to make sure we answer the phones and do the job right. Some days the traffic on ESI Hospital Road makes it hard to get in on time, but we manage. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office where the main goal is just to keep things moving for the customers who call us.
