Customer One Contact Centers

Customer One Contact Centers is situated in H 601, Gokul Galaxy, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Being in a residential complex like Gokul Galaxy makes the office feel a bit different than the usual commercial buildings. We are high up on the sixth floor. You can see quite a bit of the surrounding area from the windows, though usually we are too busy to look out much. Mumbai is always fast, and Kandivali East is no exception. We deal with calls and messages coming in from all over. The atmosphere in the office is usually a bit loud because of everyone talking at once. We have those standard headsets that we wear for most of the shift. It can be tiring, but we have a good group of people here. We share snacks and complain about the traffic on the Western Express Highway like everyone else does. The office doesn't have a lot of decorations, just the stuff we need to work. We’ve got a small area for making coffee and keeping our lunch bags. Most of us take the local train or an auto to get here. It’s a straightforward job. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just handle the contacts and try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can every day. Sometimes the lift takes forever.
