You can find our office at 1203 A 2 Sonal Laxmi, inside the Dhaval Hills complex. We are located behind Gawand Baug, quite close to Upavan Lake in Thane West. It’s a nice area, and being near the lake means there is often a bit of a breeze. The office is on a higher floor, so we have a decent view of the surroundings. Inside, the space is pretty much what you’d expect. There are desks, some computers, and a lot of binders full of property details. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The building is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. We spend our time managing properties and talking to people about their spaces. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just go through our lists and make sure everything is being looked after. Sometimes we walk down to the lake during our lunch break just to get some fresh air. The office doesn't have any expensive furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s just a functional place where we keep our files and take our calls. Most people who visit us are locals from Thane who know the area well. We don't use any complicated jargon or big promises. We just tell people how things are and help them with their paperwork. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and keeping things organized.
