I am currently working with Mr. Vijay Deshpande over in Borivali East. He handles a lot of the HR, IR, and GR side of things for the team. Our spot is located at Ramrukh Yadav Chawal, right on Hanuman Tekadi Road in the Kajupada area. If you are from Mumbai, you know how crowded Borivali can get, but it has a lot of energy. The office isn't some glass tower; it is a simple setup in the chawal. It is where the real work happens without all the extra fluff and expensive furniture. Working with a VP like Mr. Deshpande keeps me busy, as there is always some paperwork or employee issue to sort through. Hanuman Tekadi Road is a bit of a climb sometimes, but it is a familiar route for me now. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby with a receptionist. It is just a room where we sit and get through the day's tasks. The neighbors are all local residents, so you hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Kids are playing outside and people are talking near the doors. It makes the workday feel less lonely. Sometimes the heavy rain makes getting to Kajupada a bit of a mess, but we manage. I have learned a lot just by watching how things are handled here. It is practical experience, not the stuff you read in books. It is a humble place, but we stay productive and keep the wheels turning.
