You can find our office in Chembur, over at Nav Paramanu CHS. We are in building C 1 on W T Patil Marg. Mumbai is always a busy place with plenty of noise, and this part of town is certainly no different. We are a software company, but we do not act like those huge firms you see in the shiny glass buildings downtown. We just have our own space here where we write code and deal with bugs. The CHS is an older society, which is actually quite nice because it feels more like a home and less like a cold office. There are some trees around the compound that give a bit of shade. We get to work in the morning and we stay until the tasks are finished. Csi Software India Pvt Ltd has been in this part of Chembur for quite some time now. We know the security guards at the gate and the shopkeepers around the corner. It is a practical place for us to be. We have some old files stacked up in the corner that really need sorting through one of these days. The desks stay a bit cluttered with wires and different keyboards. We do not spend time on big advertisements. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the commute in this city is a real struggle, but we always make it in. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about normal things. It is just how we run the place.
