Csand Infotech

We are located at 8 Ameeta Chs on Hingwala Lane. It’s right in Ghatkopar East, which is a busy part of Mumbai. Csand Infotech isn’t some massive tech giant with thousands of employees. We are a small team working out of this apartment-style office. The 400 077 area is pretty crowded, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. Once we’re inside, though, it’s just us and our screens. We do a lot of technical work, but we try to explain it in plain English when clients ask. The office has seen better days, but it's home to us. We’ve got a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving. Lunch is usually someone going out to get vada pav for everyone. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other when there’s a problem. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The security guard at the gate knows us by name. It’s a practical place to work. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to get the coding and the support work done so we can head home to our families. It’s a typical Mumbai life, really. Just working hard in a small space and making things happen for the people who rely on us every day.
