Csa Exports has its office at 1/103 in the United Indl Estate on Moghul Lane in Mahim. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but we make it work. The industrial estate is a busy place with all kinds of businesses running side by side. We handle exports, which means we are constantly looking at schedules and talking to freight forwarders. Our office is just a room with some desks and a lot of folders. It’s a bit dusty because of the location, but that is just how it is in an industrial area. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just try to get the goods out on time. Sometimes the rains in Mahim make it hard to get trucks in and out, which causes some stress. We’ve had to deal with all sorts of delays over the years. Our team is small and we’ve all been through the ups and downs of the export business together. We know the local chai wallah and the guys at the gate by name. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't spend much time on the internet or worrying about our image. We just care about the physical work that needs to get done every single day. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but it’s our business and we've been here for years. The location at Moghul Lane suits our needs perfectly fine.
