Our office is located at 73-D in Kandivali West. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with various items under the Crystal Mirage name. It’s a modest setup, nothing too grand or expensive. We have a few rooms where we keep our inventory and a small area for the staff to sit and do the paperwork. Kandivali is a crowded and busy part of the city, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a challenge with the traffic and the trains. Most of our day is spent looking at incoming orders and making sure everything is packed correctly so it doesn't break. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees or anything. It’s just a handful of us making sure things run okay from day to day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever found the time, but we’re usually too busy to worry about things like that. We have a lot of glass and shiny stuff sitting around on the shelves, so we have to be very careful when moving things around. It’s a bit of a puzzle trying to fit all the new stock into the storage space we have available. Sometimes customers drop by to pick things up directly, and it’s nice to have a quick chat and see who we are selling to. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just do things the way that makes sense to us and our customers. It’s a local business through and through.
