Crossworld Holidays

We run this travel business out of House No 3149 in New Balaji Nagar, which is over in Ambarnath West. It is a residential neighborhood, so when people come to talk to us about their holidays, it feels more like a visit to a neighbor's house than a formal meeting. We have been helping people with their travel plans for a while now, mostly booking flights and figuring out train schedules. The office is just a room in the house filled with travel brochures, old maps, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit noisy on the street outside with the local kids playing, but we don't mind it much. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or trying to find a decent hotel for someone's family vacation. It is a lot of small details to keep track of, but we are used to the pace. Ambarnath is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but we like being here because we know the people in the area. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights, just a simple sign and a lot of word-of-mouth from people we have helped before. It is a small, family-run kind of thing where we just try to make the process of going on a trip a little less confusing. We take it one ticket at a time and hope for the best for our travelers.
