Crossover Tech

We are located over in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Sneh Deep CHS in Sector 19A. It is a residential society, so the atmosphere is quite different from those big business parks you see in the city. Our office is in unit B2 71, and it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly dealing with software and systems that keep us busy for long hours. Being in Nerul is nice because it is a bit calmer, though the humidity from the coast still gets into everything. We have computers set up along the walls and a lot of tangled wires that we try our best to keep organized. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are working late. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things easy to manage. There is a small balcony where we take breaks to get some fresh air and watch the cars go by on the street. We don't have any fancy brochures or a lobby with a fountain. It is just a group of people sitting in a room in Maharashtra, working through code and fixing technical glitches as they pop up throughout the day. It is quiet, steady work that keeps us grounded and keeps the lights on.
