We've been at Sardar Pratapsingh Industrial Estate for a while now. It's busy here on L.B.S. Marg in Bhandup West. People usually find us near the second estate entrance. We just do our work every day. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where things get done. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guy nearby. Sometimes the traffic is bad outside, but we manage. We handle what comes our way. The team is small but they know the ropes. Most of us have been here since the start. It’s loud sometimes because of the other units, but that’s just how it is in an industrial area. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We keep things simple. If there's a problem, we fix it. No big meetings or long emails. Just honest labor. The floors aren't always spotless, but the machines are running. We like being in Bhandup. It feels like a real working-class spot. We don't spend much on ads. Most folks know where we are if they need us. We keep our tools ready and just keep moving forward. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. That’s how Crodeswork Pvt operates. We stay busy and don't make much of a fuss about it. Just regular people doing regular jobs here in Mumbai. We don't worry about being number one, we just work.
