Criticam Medical Systems

Our office is located at 272 Sai Leela CHS, in Room No 21. We are based in the Gorai area of Borivali West. It’s a typical housing society setup, so you might not even realize there is a medical systems business here if you just walked past. Inside Room 21, things are pretty packed. We have boxes of medical equipment and various systems waiting to be checked or sent out. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working space where we test things and handle all the technical details. Living and working in Borivali means we are used to the crowd and the constant movement of the city. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find one of us surrounded by cables or manuals. We provide equipment to hospitals and clinics, so we have to be careful with the details. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a small team making sure these machines work like they are supposed to. Sometimes we are out on site visits most of the day, so the office stays quiet. Other times, it’s a mess of packing tape and shipping labels. We just take it day by day, making sure the orders are right and the residents in Sai Leela don't mind us moving boxes in the hallway. It is just simple, honest work in a small room.
