We are located right on Chapel Road in Bandra West, inside the Rose Minar building. If you’ve ever walked around Bandra, you know it’s a mix of old houses and new flats, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is on the first floor, Flat 1. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze, but it’s a great location for being in the heart of the action. Crism8 Solutions is just a small outfit. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. You just walk up the stairs and we’re there. The room is usually filled with the sound of laptops and maybe a fan humming in the corner. Being on Chapel Road means there’s always something happening outside—bikes zipping past or people walking to the local cafes. We keep things pretty simple inside. We have our workstations set up, and that’s about it. We don’t go in for big meetings or long presentations. We just sit down and solve whatever problems are on our list for the day. It’s a very local feel, very Mumbai. Sometimes we go out to grab a sandwich from one of the nearby stalls when we need a break. It’s a busy life, but we like the energy of Bandra. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our bit and keep moving forward in this little flat of ours.
