Crest Management Consultancy is based out of a few spots, including the Alva Naka area and over in the GIDC side of things. It’s funny how business takes you to different places. Our office at D 204 in the Manjalpur Gidc area is pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial zone office. It's practical and gets the job done. We spend a lot of time looking over management files and talking to clients about their day-to-day problems. It's not always easy, especially when the weather gets hot in the afternoons and the office feels a bit stuffy. We started this because we knew a bit about how businesses run and thought we could help out. Ghatkopar West is where we have our roots too. The streets there are always packed with people moving around. We aren't trying to be some giant firm that doesn't know its people. Usually, it's just us and the phones, working through whatever comes up that day. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but mostly we try to keep a normal schedule. There are files everywhere and the printers usually run out of ink right when you need them. It's just a normal workplace with normal people doing management work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us here, doing what we do every day. No one is wearing a fancy suit, and we like the casual vibe of our daily routine.
