We are based on the second floor of Paleja House which is at Plot 64 on Bhandari Street Cross Lane. This is right in the Chakala Market area of Mandvi in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai then you know how crowded and busy Mandvi is every single day. Our office is in Room 209. Getting up the stairs with deliveries can be a bit of a workout sometimes. The building is older and has that classic Mumbai look to it. Outside the windows there is always the sound of carts and trucks moving goods through the market. We do a lot of e-commerce related work from here. The office is usually filled with boxes or papers depending on what we are working on that week. It is a cramped space but we make it work. We are right in the middle of the action which is helpful for getting things moved around the city. Lunch usually comes from one of the small shops nearby in the market. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. You just walk in and we are all there working. The lights are a bit dim in the hallway but our office stays bright. We have been in this spot for some time now and we are used to the noise and the fast pace of the Mandvi streets. It is just a regular place where we try to stay on top of our business tasks without any extra fuss.
