You can find us at 1 Andheri West on Dawood Baug Lane, just off-J P Raod. Credencein Formatics Pvt Ltd is a bit of a mouthful to say, but we’ve been here long enough that it just rolls off the tongue now. Our office is in a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We work mostly on computers, dealing with data and software stuff that can be quite a headache if you stare at it too long. The desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and printed out reports. We aren't a high-rise corporate office with glass walls. We’re more of a get the work done and go home to beat the traffic kind of place. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but the core of the team stays the same. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just show up, log in, and try to get through the tasks for the day. If things go wrong with a server, we’re the ones sweating over it until it’s fixed. Andheri is a fast place, but we try to keep a steady pace here so we don't get burned out. It’s just an office where people do their best with the tools they have and we keep our heads down and focus on the screens.
