We are focused on the data and the numbers, so we don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do our jobs. Most of the day is spent looking at spreadsheets or analyzing different bits of information that come our way. Ashish keeps a close eye on that Yahoo account to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It might seem a bit old-school to use a Yahoo address these days, but it works and we’ve had it for a long time. We aren't the type to go out and buy a fancy domain name if the current one isn't broken. Our work involves a lot of concentration and quiet time. We sit in our workspace, which is pretty modest, and just get through the pile of tasks. There isn't a marketing team here trying to make us sound like something we aren't. We are just people who are good with analytics and prefer to let the results speak. When we finish a project, we send it off and move to the next one. It’s a steady rhythm of work, emails, and tea breaks. We like the simplicity of it. No complicated corporate structures, just us and our computers getting the job done without any unnecessary drama or fuss.
